The lists referenced in Danger's comment go the other way -- and luar's is especially interesting because it gives both Taiwan and PRC expressions, and the percentage of these that differ between TW and PRC appears much higher than in ordinary vocabulary -- that's not counting simplified vs traditional characters but only differing actual vocabulary items.
